Please read these prize draw rules carefully. If you enter our prize draw, we will assume that you have read these terms and conditions and that you agree to them. There is also a link below to the prize draw rules.

1. The prize draw is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of  Beiras Marketing Group Ltd, Homes For Sale in Portugal Ltd, Property For Sale in Portugal Ltd, Cidade XL Lda, James Edmeades Homes For Sale Unipessoal Lda  or any subsidiary of Beiras Marketing Group Ltd.

2. No purchase necessary.

3. Only entries from clients registered with Homes For Sale in Portugal will be entered into the draw. The winning name drawn at random will be cross referenced with our registered user database. One registration per email person will be entered into the final draw.


4. If you want to enter the draw you may enter via the Homes For Sale in Portugal website only. Sending an email is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.

5. The winner will be the entrant who has registered for property updates and has been selected from our final draw.

6. The closing date will be 10th March 2010. Any entries received after that date will be disqualified.

7. The prize draw will be carried out on 20th March 2010 by a member of the Homes For Sale in Portugal Ltd sales team and will end this prize draw.

8. If you win the prize draw, we will notify you by post and e-mail. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. By entering the prize draw the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Homes For Sale in Portugal Ltd may require.

10. The panel of judges for the competition will be comprised of members of the marketing team of Homes For Sale in Portugal Ltd.

11. The prize will not be transferable to another person.

12. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize and no cash balances will be given.

13. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

14. Incorrectly completed registrations will be disqualified.
