A&J Property Management is located near Coimbra, Central Portugal and offers professional and friendly property management service to meet all your property needs. We specialize in exterior and interior maintenance, home cleaning and management of holiday home lets. We believe in communication and will keep you informed of any problems that may arise.
Our full range of services is as follows:
Full Maintenance – minor repairs to the property, general building work, painting, general plumbing and garden work. WE have many years of experience in the building trade. An estimate will be prepared for your approval prior to any work being performed at the property.
Cleaning – We will visit the property a few days prior to you or your guests’ arrival and give it a full clean. We will check the propane/diesel supply, change the bedding and towels, make sure all light bulbs are functioning and check the home in general to make sure all is in order.
Food Packs – If you request, we will arrange a food pack for you or your guests’ arrival. This will contain general items such as: milk, coffee, teabags, sugar, bread, butter, wine, beer and any other items you may require. We can also arrange extras for special occasions: Anniversary, Birthdays, (eg. Flowers, champagne, chocolates, etc).
