Advertising your accommodation, holiday home or property for rent with us is easy and you could earn Introduction Commission for just introducing a new client to us (see FAQs below for details). It will also ensure you reach a global audience searching in your area. We have people from all over the world visiting our site looking for holiday accommodation or property to buy. Many of our clients ask us where is a good place to stay when they are booking a viewing trip to view our properties.

Your accommodation listing
It’s very simple to do, just download a listing form here. Once completed send us your form with up to 9 pictures of your accommodation and that's it. It’s FREE to advertise with us on a “no booking, no fee” basis as you will only pay when you accept a confirmed booking. Alternatively you can contact us by email or telephone and we will send you an accommodation listing form. So you have nothing to pay for your advert and nothing to lose!

FAQ's
How do I earn Introduction Commission?
You simply introduce us to a new client (i.e. a person(s) who are not already a client of ours or listed on our database) who is looking for property to purchase. When they complete a property purchase through Homes For Sale in Portugal and we receive our fees from the seller we will pay you 0.5% of the selling price of the property. It's as simple as that.
How do I get listed?
It's easy to list. Just click on the 'Download listing form' link above to download the form which contains full instructions. On completion, send us the form via email or post and we will add your accommodation lisiting to our system and send you a confirmation email for you to confirm you are happy and the details are correct.

How much is it to list?
It's free to list and to have an advert on the website. A 10% commission fee on each booking will only be charged when you accept a booking from us.
How do I pay?
Payments can be made by cash, cheque or you can pay online using PayPal. We will ask you what your preferred payment type is when you receive your first booking and give you all the information you need.
